Arooba Rafi is a Machine Learning Research Trainee at the SKKU Information Laboratory (InfoLab). She holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Springfield, focusing on machine learning, particularly advanced computer vision and deep learning architectures. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from the Virtual University of Pakistan, with previous experience in data-driven problem-solving and analytical workflows.
Her research areas include emerging AI techniques such as large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and medical image classification. She is proficient in English, Urdu, and Hindi.
